This is a beautiful temple and unlike any other in Chiang Mai. It stands out and catches the eye from the first sight. Inside the temple is a silver chapel made of silver and tin in the Lanna style. It is considered the first silver chapel in the world. Women are not allowed to enter the chapel, according to the belief in magic spells and amulets that have been around for over 500 years.

Before entering the chapel, we will see the beautiful art and handicrafts that decorate the walls, telling stories of Buddhism and to honor King Rama IX.

The exterior of Wat Sri Suphan is equally beautiful, decorated with intricate silverwork.
