Wat Dab Pai, one of the 9 auspicious days of Chiang Mai

"Wat Dab Pai" is considered one of the auspicious temples in Chiang Mai. People like to visit 9 temples to pray for blessings because they have auspicious names, which are to help extinguish danger and suffering.
This old and dry temple was built in 2120 during the reign of King Tilokarat of the Mangrai Dynasty, so it is over 500 years old. Most people come to pray, bless their cars, and ward off bad luck because Thai people believe in the temple's auspicious name.
