Dinner at Anantara Resort

This hotel not only has a gorgeous location but is also rich in history. The centre piece building was built in 1921, and was once the British consulate. Now renovated, it houses "The Service 1921" restaurant. Upon walking to the restaurant you will find a statue of queen Victoria in the gardens, the restaurant is also adorned with memorabilia of what once was.

The food is prepared by a South African chef named David Eldridge, and it is absolutely phenomenal!
