[Chiang Mai] Red Door Manuscript Repository Wat Muen Lan

Introducing a temple in Chiang Mai with a wonderful red door manuscript repository♪

《Wat Muen Lan》

Located in the old town, close to Tha Pae Gate.

This temple was built as a ossuary for generals who died on the battlefield and to accumulate the merit of leaders.

The hall is currently under renovation, so we couldn't go inside. 🥲

The red door manuscript repository is eye-catching.
The white parts of the pagoda have faded, but I think that adds to the charm☺️
