Today, I chose Office Syndrome. Office Syndrome is a massage for office workers who work in the same position for long hours in the office. It is an oil massage that mainly relaxes the muscles in the arms, shoulders, and back using hot coconut oil.
My friend chose aromatherapy, and she brought 4 oils (Eden Breeze, Oriental Essence, Aromatic Wood, Lavender & Rosemary) and let me choose. I just smelled the scent, and it was so nice. The massage was over. This was my first time getting an Office Syndrome massage, and it was mainly focused on my neck, shoulders, and upper body. The intensity was just right, and just like the name Office Syndrome suggests, it felt like all the shoulder pain I had at the office was gone.
