Chiang Mai Coconut Market

Ba Pao Flea Market, also known as the Coconut Market, is located in a coconut grove. With its vibrant coconut trees and interwoven waterways, it's dotted with bamboo bridges, pavilions, and lounge chairs, making it a perfect spot for Instagram photos. It's open only on weekends, usually from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. It's recommended to arrive in the morning, as the stalls gradually close in the afternoon.
The food stalls offer a diverse selection and are reasonably priced. There are also many pour-over coffee stalls, and many people enjoy their purchases amidst the coconut trees.
In addition to food, there are also stalls selling handmade accessories, clothing, straw bags, dyed fabrics, and other creative creations, though the prices aren't particularly high. There's also a sheep area where you can buy grass-fed lambs (for a fee, about 50 baht per session) and interact with them up close.
