Chef Rewat reinvents Thai desserts, seamlessly blending Eastern and Western techniques. Every dish is full of depth and complexity, with perfectly balanced, refreshing flavors. And most importantly, not too sweet, with a perfect balance of flavors.

Recommended dishes: 10/10. My favorites are Ray's Panna Cotta
and the crème brûlée...the texture is amazing, so smooth and creamy.
