A hotpot restaurant worth revisiting: "Siam Suki"

If you're looking for delicious hotpot and dim sum in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend "Siam Suki" 🍲. Conveniently located near Wua Lai Walking Street, it's easy to get to and open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff are polite and provide excellent service 🩵.

The hotpot menu here is truly outstanding, offering two types of dipping sauces:
• Cantonese-style sauce with a mild and balanced flavor
• Fermented tofu sauce with a fragrant aroma 🍶

I opted for the dry pork hotpot with fermented tofu sauce, and it exceeded my expectations! The marinated pork was incredibly tender, the glass noodles had the perfect chewy texture, and the stir-fry had a delightful wok aroma 🥢. The flavor was so well-balanced that no additional seasoning was needed. If you enjoy the smoky wok aroma typical of Chinese cuisine, you'll love this.

The dim sum is equally impressive 💛. I ordered the shrimp dumplings, which were packed with fresh, bouncy shrimp. They were perfectly cooked, not mushy, and paired wonderfully with black vinegar 🦐. This place is perfect for a satisfying and budget-friendly lunch or dinner.
