A Gem in Chiang Mai for Staycations

In Chiang Mai, we regularly enjoy "staycations" to soak up Thai culture through its delightful boutique hotels. The Inside House is a true treasure! The owner's fondness for pale green celadon is evident, with calming grays, softened whites, and pale greens artfully incorporated throughout. This place is truly exquisite. Having traveled here for years, we can confidently say The Inside House ranks among the best for a pleasant, comfortable, and luxurious experience. Featuring around 30 rooms, some come with private pool balconies. The breakfast is delicious with lots of choices, and you can order as much as you like. Complimentary daily tea time is a lovely bonus, which we often enjoyed by the pool. The spa boasts skilled masseuses with exceptional training. Many hotel aspects reveal meticulous attention to detail. Positioned in the old city, it’s convenient to numerous attractions and temples, yet as locals, we prefer staying in the hotel the whole time! Dinners were superb; golden chargers beneath plates, ceramic dishes with colored crystals, desserts adorned with dry ice "smoking," elegant French-style cloth napkins, and golden cutlery enhanced the dining pleasure. The staff were attentive and caring, and the luxurious bath amenities, including the claw foot tub, large shower, and delightful bath foam were well-received. We're sure to return in the future!
