Northern Thai steamed buns

‘Pan Pao’, a steamed bun shop near the Chiang Rai clock tower, has steamed buns with northern Thai fillings, including Khao Soi Gai, Nam Phrik Ong, Larb Moo, and Sai Ua.

So I bought two to try. Personally, I like the Larb Moo, it’s really tasty! But I don’t like the Khao Soi Gai, it’s not like what I’ve eaten before, lol.

However, this menu is only available in April, made to welcome the Songkran festival.

I really like this kind of fusion. When I saw it, I couldn’t help but try it. I want everyone to try it. You might like it.
