The Blue Temple or locally known as Wat Rong Suea Ten, has been commonly overlooked due to the more popular White Temple in the province of Chiang Rai. But the level of craftsmanship and art is just as magnificent I believe. Chiang Rai never runs out of majestic temples and the Blue Temple proves just that. The entire temple is paved in the most beautiful intricate designs that you can find on every single corner. Personally you’ll get the best views just about before sunset where the temple is backdropped with the orange-ish yellow rays of the sun which makes it stand out even more.
