🙏The restaurant is located in Chiang Saen, next to the old city walls. It sells both Khao Soi Kai, Nam Ngiao, and Khao Kan Chin. The taste is delicious. The restaurant is closed every Saturday and Sunday.
🍲 Khao Soi is a dish influenced by Yunnanese or Ho Chinese people. It is similar to noodles in a soup with curry paste. It has a strong flavor and comes with side dishes.
🍜 Nam Ngiao is a soup that is eaten with Khanom Jeen or rice noodles. If it is a noodle, it is called Nam Ngiao noodles. The main ingredients are cotton flowers, pork blood, and minced pork. It is adapted from Nam Phrik Ong.
🍚 Khao Kan Chin is a type of rice mixed with fresh pork blood wrapped in banana leaves in the same way as sour sausage. It is eaten with garlic oil, shallots, cucumber, and fried chili.
