Enter the century-old Tile Museum

Located near Chiayi Railway Station, this small museum has a wooden exterior, giving you the feeling of accidentally wandering into someone's home! 🤣🤣

Upon entering, you're greeted by walls covered in a spectacular array of different patterned tiles! Climbing the wooden staircase leads to various rooms, all designed with wood in mind, complete with detailed descriptions of the tiles and decorative elements. The natural aroma of wood adds to the ambiance!

There are also many mirrors among the tiles, perfect for taking photos!

The souvenirs on the first floor are absolutely adorable! 😍 I bought a pair of patterned tile earrings myself—I love them! 😍 You can also pay with cultural coins, which is very convenient!

If you're visiting Chiayi, be sure to set aside an hour to explore this museum at your leisure!
