Many castles and manors have opened in Chiayi recently, but I'm most excited about Olevoo. I saw people calling it a Taiwanese version of Disneyland before it opened, so I was really excited. And it was definitely worth it.
After reading other people's reviews, I learned that there's free parking inside the castle. If it's full, you'll need to park in the adjacent parking lot for $100. Unlike other places where you're just there for photos, the snacks and meals here are delicious. Outside the castle, there's a landscaped garden and moat, and many well-known shops are also located there. There's a donut stand outside the castle that's a must-try; it's incredibly delicious. The doughnuts are incredibly chewy and add a lot of flair to the park. It's a pleasant place to spend half a day.
If you're looking to visit the castle and take some beautiful photos, it's definitely worth the price of admission!! 👍
