Chiba Park

Great local park with plenty of benches and trials to run.
There are boat rentals for the pond, vending machines, and a cafe nearby.
This park features a small waterfall and wisteria garden/overhang.

The Lily pad/lotus flowers aren't in season yet.

I was able to Google translate many of the signs and luckily the sign about the history of this park has English.

The monorail is close by. It would be about a 20 minute walk from Chiba station.
