📍 Address: Thian Fah Foundation Hospital, Yaowarat Road, located on Yaowarat Road opposite the Chalerm Phrakiat Archway
Highlight: This is an old hospital in Yaowarat and houses the Guan Yin Shrine, Avalokitesvara in the blessing posture, highly revered by locals. Established in 1902, it is considered the first foundation in Thailand, founded by six Chinese merchants who settled in Thailand. It is popular to pray to Guan Yin for protection from illness and to wish for good health.

Highlight: Founded in 1980 by the madam of a brothel named Ya Faeng, who was devoted to Buddhism. She pooled money with her daughters, the prostitutes, to build this temple. It is believed that praying to Ya Faeng often brings blessings in work, money, luck, and love fulfillment.
The temple offers a worship set consisting of a champa flower garland, red water, scented water, betel leaves, cigarettes, cosmetics, jewelry, a sarong, perfume, and a pair of dancer dolls.
