The ginkgo season has finally arrived in Chongqing. Don't miss this thousand-year-old temple on the banks of the Jialing River. The temple is full of ginkgo trees, and the golden leaves make for great photos.

Photography tips

1️⃣The golden ginkgo leaves and the temple eaves are a perfect match. Try taking a photo from below to capture the leaves and the building in the same frame. The strong color contrast creates a great atmosphere.
2️⃣Use ginkgo leaves as a foreground to create a clean image.

1️⃣Basic adjustments: brighten shadows, reduce highlights, and slightly increase contrast.
2️⃣HSL adjustments: unify colors, adjust green and orange to yellow to restore the color of ginkgo trees in the sun.
3️⃣Color grading: add a little cyan to the shadows to create a more ancient and simple feel.
