Chongqing | Traveling Through the Steel Forest, Where Longing Rusts

🚗Suggested Route:
Yangtze River Cableway (South Station) - Jiefangbei - Kuixing Tower - Daijia Alley Trail - Liangjiang Ferry - Danzishi Old Street - Longmenhao Old Street - Nanbin Road

✅There are so many people queuing for the Yangtze River Cableway at the north station. Taking it from the south station will save you a lot of time. Remember to book in advance!
✅Walk from Jiefangbei to Kuixing Tower, then down Daijia Alley Trail to the Liangjiang Ferry pier. It's an easy downhill walk (I have to say, the Liangjiang Ferry is a much better experience than the Yangtze River Cableway!).
-
Getting off the light rail on the 7th floor, you have to take five long escalators up to finally reach the exit, only to find yourself on a street on the 3rd floor.
Entering Chongqing is like stepping from a three-dimensional world into an eight-dimensional one.

-
Endless ups and downs, malfunctioning map navigation... 500 meters on your phone might mean a long, 45-degree slope followed by four flights of stairs.

Here, it feels like two time-spaces exist, where you can be on the 1st and 22nd floors simultaneously.

-
Take the Yangtze River Cableway, crossing the river, soaring through the clouds, and journeying through a forest of steel.
Hop on the Liangjiang Ferry, and with the wind of the Jialing River, perhaps you can meet your longing.
