Early Preparations

Transportation Guide

Driving is very convenient. Simply navigate to the Guanyintang Wetland Park parking lot; parking fees are reasonable. If you prefer public transportation, you can first reach the local transportation hub and then transfer to a bus route heading to the park. Some routes have frequent services, so check the operating hours before your trip.

Tour Route

Enter through the park's main entrance, and you'll first arrive at the aquatic plant exhibition area. Here, you can see a wide variety of aquatic plants, such as lotus flowers and sweet flags. During spring and summer, the lotus flowers are in full bloom, filling the pond with fragrance. Walk along the waterfront boardwalk and feel the dynamism of the lake. Water birds often inhabit the area near the boardwalk, and with a bit of luck, you can observe them up close. Afterward, head to the birdwatching platform, which offers a panoramic view and is an excellent spot for observing wild birds. Bring binoculars, and you might spot egrets, wild ducks, and other species. Continue your stroll to the Ecology and Science Popularization Hall, where you can delve into wetland ecological knowledge through rich exhibits and multimedia displays.

The park regularly organizes parent-child nature education activities, such as wetland plant identification and birdwatching science lectures. Participating with your children can be both educational and entertaining. You can also have a picnic in designated areas of the park and enjoy leisurely outdoor time.

Important Notes

Please protect the park environment by refraining from picking plants or feeding animals. Do not swim in non-swimming areas to ensure your safety. Mosquitoes can be prevalent in certain areas of the park, so bring mosquito repellent.
