My top tip for you on your journey to China is to make a check list of your top attractions. Once you find the most famous attraction in your destination city then ask around for another local gem. Many times you will find more historical locations or wonderful art pieces that wasn’t on your tour list. So, take your time. Chinese cities are a mix of traditional communities and modern additions.

My best recommendations :
Go for a hike in country parks.
Pick the restaurants w/the most decorations.
Sit by the pond. You will gather new insight.
