Transportation: Take Line 6 of the Rail Transit, get off at Beibei Station (Exit 4) - walk to Wulukou Bus Station, transfer to Bus 518 to the terminal station (Chengjiang Station) - go down the stairs next to the store opposite the bus stop, walk 20 minutes through Chengjiang Ancient Town to reach Chengjiang Ferry, take a boat to the other side of the river - walk up along the main road, then turn right up the stairs, the fork in the road leads to Baishatuo on the left and Baiyangbei on the right

Recommended hiking route: Beibei Jialing River Bridge—Yandong Road—Wentang Gorge—Zhangfei Ancient Road—Baiyang Ridge—Cross the river—Jingangbei Ancient Town—Riverside Trail—Beibei Main City (20 km in total)

⇒Cuntan: The Old Street That Is About to Disappear

Transportation: Take bus route 817/813/812 to Cuntan Station, then walk along the dirt road next to Gangcheng Industrial Park (Cuntan Yangtze River Bridge is on the east side, and Cuntan Bonded Port is on the west side).

⇒Tongguanyi: A day trip to the old street by green train

Transportation: At Caiyuanba Railway Station, take train No. 5612 to Tongguanyi Station, then transfer to bus No. 435 to Shawan Station or walk to Tongguanyi Old Street.

Important notes:
① The outbound train is No. 5612 (Chongqing - Neijiang), departing at 9:58am and arriving at 11:04am. The return train is No. 5611 (Neijiang - Chongqing), departing at 4:55pm and arriving at 6:13pm. The ticket price for both trains is CNY 4. For the outbound train, please "show your ID card" at the train station ticket hall to purchase tickets (tickets cannot be purchased on the website or app). WeChat Pay and Alipay are accepted. For the return train, you need to buy tickets on the train. Please prepare cash and small change.
② We recommend the Douhua restaurants in Tongguanyi Old Street. We ordered a plate of Shao Bai (braised pork belly), a basket of steamed pork with rice flour, and two bowls of Douhua (tofu pudding) for three people, costing a total of CNY 50.
③ There are farmers' orchards near Shawan Station where you can pick fruit and take photos. You can buy what you pick by weight.
④ Guan Yi Catholic Church is temporarily closed to the public.
⑤ Hire a tricycle locally to visit Genuo Five Caves (Daxi River Ecological Corridor) and see the wild waterfalls. The charter fee is CNY 10 per person.
