Chongqing Wulong Tiansheng Three Bridges ~ Tianfuguanyi

Wulong Tiansheng Three Bridges are located within the boundaries of Wulong District, Chongqing City, about 180 kilometers from Chongqing city, and is a national 5A tourist scenic spot. Known for its spectacular complex of natural bridges and karst landscape, it was the filming location for Transformers 4 and A City Full of Golden Armor. The scenic area mainly consists of three large-scale natural stone arch bridges: Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge and Heilong Bridge, which form a unique natural wonder.

The best time to travel is spring and autumn (April-June, September-November), when the climate is pleasant and the views are best. Although the summer is hot, the scenic area is relatively cool, which is a good choice. The recommended tour time is 4-5 hours.

Transportation: From Chongqing city, you can take a long-distance bus directly to Wulong Bus Station, which takes about 2.5 hours; or choose the train to Wulong Railway Station and transfer to the scenic bus.
Self-driving tourists can reach directly via Yuxiang Expressway, the scenic parking fee is 10💰/day.

Main attractions:
1. Tianlong Bridge: The tallest of the three bridges, the bridge is 235 meters high and spans more than 300 meters.
2. Qinglong Bridge: The bridge is 281 meters high and is the world’s tallest natural bridge.
3. Black Dragon Bridge: The bridge cave is deep, with a waterfall cascading down, the view is magnificent.
4. Tianfu Official Post: Antique post office building, the filming location of the film.

Suggested tour route: Take the elevator from the entrance of the scenic spot to the bottom of the valley, visit Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Black Dragon Bridge in turn, and finally return by the scenic battery car. The whole journey is about 3 kilometers on foot, mostly downhill and flat roads, suitable for most people.

Food recommendations: Wulong lamb soup pot, bowls of lamb, Ekou fish, fern root powder and other local specialties worth tasting. There are light meals available in the scenic area. It is recommended to bring your own drinking water.

Notes:
1. Wear comfortable non-slip shoes, some sections are relatively wet and slippery.
2. Pay attention to rain protection during the rainy season, lower temperature at the bottom of the valley can bring a jacket.
3. Smoking is prohibited in the scenic area.
4. More tourists during holidays, it is recommended to travel during off-peak hours.

Surrounding attractions: You can visit Fairy Mountain National Forest Park, Hibiscus Cave and other attractions. It is recommended to arrange a 2-3 day trip.
