Luohan Temple in Chongqing is located in Yuzhong District, Chongqing City. It is one of the key Buddhist temples in the Han Chinese region of China, a national key cultural relic protection unit, and the site of the Chongqing Buddhist Association. It was originally built during the Zhiping period of the Northern Song Dynasty.
The temple is named for housing over 500 Arhat statues and features an ancient Buddha rock over 200 meters long, with more than 400 Song Dynasty cliff carvings of Buddha images.
There are also ancient buildings such as the Ming Stele Pavilion, Guanyin Hall, and Maitreya Pavilion. The Mahavira Hall contains sixteen statues of venerables, Ming Dynasty bronze statues of the "Western Three Saints," and many Buddhist art treasures including the Burmese "Jade Buddha of Shakyamuni’s Enlightenment."

- Rail Transit: Take Line 1 or Line 6 to Xiaoshizi Station and exit from Exit 6; you can also take Line 6 and get off at Xiaoshizi Exit 6 to reach the temple directly.
