A must-visit hidden temple in the mountain city

During the National Day holiday, I spent an hour and a half visiting Luohan Temple in Chongqing. The temple was originally built during the Zhiping period of the Northern Song Dynasty and was initially named Zhiping Temple. It was established because of the Luohan Cave and was renamed Luohan Temple in the 11th year of the Guangxu reign in the Qing Dynasty. It is a nationally protected cultural relic, one of the key Buddhist temples in China, and the location of the Chongqing Buddhist Association. Situated in the heart of Yuzhong District, it is famous for its Song Dynasty cliff carvings and its unique landscape within the modern city. Wearing a traditional Chinese qipao and standing in Luohan Temple, the photos come out great.
