I visited Nami Island, a famous tourist attraction in South Korea, famous as the filming location for the Hallyu-inspired drama "Winter Sonata." 🙋‍♀️
I entered Nami Island via a zip line and departed via a round-trip ferry.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the lush greenery, which was truly beautiful! Because the island is so eco-friendly, I was able to spot animals like peacocks, rabbits, and ostriches. Peacocks, in particular, wandered freely along the paths, which was kind of funny😆

I also visited the Metasequoia Road that appeared in a scene from the drama . Standing in the middle of the road and taking pictures made me feel like a character in the drama. Haha.

I visited in the summer and it was incredibly hot, but the trees were so large and numerous that they provided shade, which helped me avoid the heat! If you can't handle the heat well, I recommend visiting in the fall or winter. 🙂
