Just outside Las Vegas, Red Rock Canyon felt like a complete escape from the city. Towering red sandstone cliffs and scenic drives through the desert created a stunning contrast to the neon lights of the Strip. I hiked the Calico Tanks trail, which led me to panoramic views of both the canyon and Las Vegas in the distance. The rock formations glowed at sunset, their colors shifting with the light. It’s a place where adventure meets tranquility, and it reminded me of the vast beauty tucked just beyond busy cities. A desert gem in my #mytraveldiary.
