#海scape #100 ways to travel
Cabo da Roca, before Columbus discovered the New World, was the end of the world, the westernmost end of the European continent. As far as the eye can see, there is the endless Atlantic Ocean, and the year-round sea breeze blowing, standing on the empty rock cliffs. The cross commemorative cup seems to be telling those glorious sailing years.
The end of the land, the beginning of the ocean. Cabo da Roca is windy and empty and stretches as far as the eye can see. If you want to leave a souvenir here, you can go to the visitor center to buy a certificate for 11 euros, and simply treat it as a visit here and collect it.
The general tour route will be after Sintra Castle. Take bus No. 1253. The fare is 2.6 euros. The distance is not short and the road is winding. People who get motion sickness should be careful. After finishing in Cabo da Roca, we took the same bus to the beach town of Cascais, which has beautiful seaside and charming streets, and finally took the train back to Lisbon.
