Exploring the City Above the Clouds: Ba Na Hills in Da Nang

Ba Na Hills

The most memorable place during my trip to Da Nang was undoubtedly Ba Na Hills. The journey became special the moment I boarded the world’s longest cable car to ascend to the mountain summit. The breathtaking view of lush green mountains blending with the distant sea was a spectacle, and upon reaching the top, it felt like stepping into an entirely different world.

The heart of Ba Na Hills resembled a quaint European village. French-style architecture, cathedrals, squares, and gardens created an exotic atmosphere, with numerous picturesque spots perfect for photos. Particularly, the Golden Bridge, supported by massive hand-shaped sculptures, is globally renowned for its unique design. Standing on the bridge, one could feel as if walking among the clouds while enjoying the expansive view, leaving a lasting impression.

The themed park area offered various rides and performances, making it appealing for family travelers, while the gardens and walking trails provided a tranquil way to enjoy the scenery. In the evening, I dined at the Beer Plaza restaurant, enjoying a buffet alongside live performances, which amplified the joy of the trip in a lively atmosphere.

Ba Na Hills is more than just a tourist destination; it’s a place where you can experience exotic architecture and modern entertainment amidst nature. Its vast scale made it challenging to explore everything in a single day, but the diverse attractions and unique scenery made it a must-visit highlight of any trip to Da Nang.
