Exceptional Stay with Wonderful Service

The booking process went smoothly thanks to the reservations and reception team. They fulfilled all my requests, like getting a high floor, non-smoking room with a partial beach view. The staff were incredibly accommodating. Ms. Subeo was particularly friendly and hospitable, assisting me when I needed to extend my stay. My room was spacious, and I appreciated the iron and ironing board provided. The pool offered an incredible view of the beach. They held a special holiday seafood buffet on September 02, 2025, coinciding perfectly with a friend's birthday. I arranged a surprise with the reservation staff and Ms. Tram, featuring a birthday cake and a band performance of "Happy Birthday," creating a joyful and festive occasion. It was a memorable moment, marking Vietnam as special for us. We ended up dancing the night away, encouraged by Ms. Tram, the Restaurant Supervisor, and Ms. Amy, the Ca Go Restaurant Manager, who made sure the event was enjoyable. The food was excellent, and breakfast had plenty of options. I would suggest booking a higher floor due to loud noise from beach bars, which the hotel can't control. They do provide ear plugs to minimize disturbance. The price is mid-range but definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
