Daegu｜Gyehyang Cathedral: Strolling in the romantic atmosphere of a century-old building

Although we visited Guixiang Church on a closed day and were unable to go inside for a visit, we could feel the solemnity and romance of this century-old building just by strolling around. The elegant Gothic architecture exudes a strong historical atmosphere, especially the towering spires and exquisite exterior details, which are as beautiful as a painting no matter how you photograph them.

Walking quietly around the sanctuary, watching the sunlight shine on the red brick building, my whole mood calmed down. Although I was not able to go in, this short stay was still unforgettable. I look forward to appreciating the beauty and stories inside the church with my own eyes next time.
