I visited Gyukatsu Jeong to try their gyukatsu set meal. The unique and enjoyable aspect was grilling the meat directly on a brazier. The meat is served rare, so you only need to cook it slightly, and you can adjust the doneness to your preference. Pairing it with various sauces like salt, wasabi soy sauce, and sesame sauce allowed me to enjoy different flavors. Rice and side dishes are refillable, so you can have a satisfying meal. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant had a clean and pleasant atmosphere, making me want to visit again.
