Dunsan Prehistoric Site Park, located in Wolpyeong-dong, Daejeon, is both a historical site and a neighborhood park. This site is historically significant as it is the first place in Korea where relics from the Paleolithic, Neolithic, and Bronze Ages were all discovered in one location. Some of the relics, which were damaged during excavation, have been restored and relocated to the current park site, now developed as the Prehistoric Site Park. The park is open to everyone without any admission fee or time restrictions and is conveniently located near Government Complex Daejeon Station. Surrounded by restaurants, cinemas, and other facilities, it is a popular spot for citizens to enjoy walks and relaxation in the heart of the city.
