The later it gets, the more people there are. It's a lively market with food shops selling well and lots of people. There are also many street foods to choose from.
The weather is also cool and comfortable, just right for the heat. There are many shops selling winter clothes in a row, and the prices are cheap.
There is a seating area on the stairs, which is very crowded. Many people come to drink soy milk and grilled food in the cold weather to keep warm.
