First Impressions: Shayimu Sculpture Group & Cultural Art Square
Take a ferry from Shuanglang Town Pier, and in about 5 minutes, you’ll arrive at Nanzhao Style Island. As soon as you step ashore, you’ll be greeted by the magnificent Shayimu Sculpture Group. These statues are inspired by local Dali myths and vividly depict the stories of the Bai ancestors.
Continuing forward, you’ll reach the Cultural Art Square. Themed around Bai culture, it showcases various ethnic artworks and sculptures. Here, you can delve into the history and traditions of the Bai people and experience the charm of local culture.
