Erhai Lake offers more than just beautiful views; it's a hub of culture and community. We took a boat tour that allowed us to experience the lake from a different perspective and visit one of the small islands. The cruise was not only scenic but also gave us a glimpse into the local Bai ethnic minority culture, with traditional song and dance performances. We also discovered a lot of charming cafes and restaurants along the lakeside where we enjoyed local delicacies like Erhai fish. This blend of natural beauty, cultural immersion, and leisure activities makes Erhai Lake an unforgettable travel destination.
