Leisure trip in Dali, Yunnan

Just finished my 1-week trip in Yunnan, China. And my first stop is Dali !!

I didn’t spend much time in Dali, only 1 day trip. But I would recommend some interesting places I went to. Because I was traveling alone, it would be time&money consuming for me to rent a car or take a bus to different places. So I joined a 4-people tour group.

Travel time: 1 day
Cost: ¥156 4-people tour group

Pic 1: Cang Mountain (苍山).
Due to the weather condition, they stopped the cable that day. So I didn’t have chance to go. Cang mountain is located just next to Erhai (洱海), combined with 19 peaks. Would be nice to hike there!

Pic 2-3: Er Lake (洱海)
Dali city is built around the Er Lake. Enjoyed the breeze and sun by the lake leisurely. Good for photography!

Pic 3: Dali ancient town
This isn’t attractive to me tbh. But good for photo shooting.

After my trip, I went to Lijiang by bus from Dali ancient town. Costed ¥88 for ticket and 2.5 hours to arrive.
