My first trekking experience (~10-16 km) at an altitude of ~4000 m above sea level. In just the first 500 m, I had to inhale oxygen cans. The further I walked, the more I climbed the stairs and inhaled the whole way.
Luckily, on the day I arrived at Yading Park, it was snowing and the sky was clear, so I got pictures of snowy mountains and dry grasslands (I didn't prepare clothes for -2C, so I wore 4 layers of clothes, very tight). I got to travel in 3 seasons in 1 day: snow, cold, hot. I slowly took off my clothes one by one (the benefit of fur is not to protect from the cold or the sun. No matter which way you turn, the sun won't hit your face).
To travel within the park, you have to take a car from your accommodation and get off at the entrance, then take a car up to the top. If you're going to walk up, it takes a long time. I recommend taking a car up and then walking back. It will save you a lot of energy. Throughout the 10 km distance, you will see the view of the snowy mountains that are slowly evaporating into vapor. Below is the blue lake contrasting with the green and yellow trees.
