🚩 Must-visit attractions red and black list
👉 Milk Lake | Altitude 4600m
Recommended to arrive before 10 AM, under sunlight the lake looks like flowing milk! Remember to wear waterproof shoes, the last 2 kilometers are gravel roads

👉 Five Color Lake | Altitude 4700m
A secret spot hidden behind Xianuodrie, cloudy days actually make better photos! But if you have severe altitude sickness, it’s not recommended to push yourself

👉 Luorong Pasture | Altitude 4150m
Filming location of "Passing Through Your World," a divine composition of snow mountains + meadows + streams, wearing a white dress makes for amazing photos

1. The prayer wheel path behind Chonggu Temple, there will be a rainbow halo at dusk
2. 200 meters east of the Yading Village viewing platform, you can capture the three sacred mountains in one frame

⚠️ Hard-earned experience
1. Buy oxygen tanks online in advance for cheaper prices! The scenic area charges 68 RMB per can
2. Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours! The plateau UV rays are very strong
3. Must-have items list: sunglasses, lip balm, oral glucose solution
4. Don’t touch marmots! They may carry plague bacteria

🚗 Transportation TIPS
• It’s recommended to charter a car from Chengdu (about 900 RMB/day)
• The last shuttle bus in Yading Scenic Area is at 18:00
• For long hikes, definitely bring trekking poles!
