We arrived for lunch after a recommendation from an expat colleague. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and inviting. Parking is available, and the personnel is kind. If our option and recommendation for their best tasting cuisine was presented, we were entertained in a corner sitting. We ordered the Salmon Head in Miso because I wanted to experience the realism of their motto. We started with mangga at bagoong with salted egg as a starter. Because the mangga was buro, I gave it two thumbs up. This treatment with mangoes is one of my favorites since it elevates the taste of the fruit and prepares me for the next feast. We served it with Dinakdakan to complement the salmon soup, and it did not disappoint. The pig ears we used were really crunchy, which added a nice texture to our dish.
