Echigo-Yuzawa is a renowned ski resort, but during summer, the crowds are much smaller. Besides skiing, this area is famous for its sake and hot springs, which are definitely worth experiencing!

Kiyotsu Gorge is another enchanting spot in Niigata. Taking photos from inside the cave entrance looking out creates a dreamy effect, making it a popular Instagram-worthy location. During this trip, I also visited Hakkaisan Brewery, where the sake was incredibly aromatic—highly recommended! 👍
