One of the newest cafes in Davao City is called Bae Bistro. It is in Davao's Marfori Heights. Acoustic night sessions are typically held when local bands can perform and sing their tunes.

According to Urban Dictionary, "Bae" is an abbreviation that stands for "before anyone else" or a condensed form of baby or babe, another word for "sweetie," and, largely unrelatedly, Danish for "poop."

Try it if you haven't already! They have many types of coffee, pasta, pastries, and pizza available.
