🍃 Daxi Chive Blossom Season Travelogue 🍃

September is the peak of Daxi chive blossom season, with a sea of ​​white blossoms swaying across the fields, creating a romantic, pastoral landscape. We specially arranged a food and agriculture education experience. Besides enjoying the blossoms, we also got to participate in harvesting chives and making handmade pizzas. It was truly a fun, educational experience.

During the activity, the farmer took us into the fields to experience the chive harvesting process. While seemingly simple, it actually requires skill and patience, allowing us to better appreciate the hard work of farmers. Then, we made our own pizzas, from kneading the dough and toppings to baking them in the oven. Finally, we tasted our own creations, which was a truly rewarding experience!

Besides the hands-on fun, the surrounding chive fields are also not to be missed. The vast expanse of white blossoms shimmering in the sunlight creates a captivating photo opportunity and a natural backdrop.

This trip allowed us not only to appreciate the beauty of chive flowers but also to learn about the connection between food and the land. We returned home with laughter and satisfied taste buds, leaving behind a wealth of wonderful memories.
