During this trip to Fukuoka, I specifically visited Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, which is known as the most beautiful shrine in Fukuoka. It was really worth the trip. When I walked into this historic shrine, the first thing that caught my eye was the peaceful and solemn atmosphere.



There are many small stalls selling amulets here, and I couldn’t help but buy a few, praying that everything will be safe and smooth.



Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine is not only a place to pray for academic success, but also a great place to slow down and experience the local culture and beautiful scenery. The history, scenery, and unique atmosphere here made me spend a fulfilling and enjoyable time. It is definitely a place not to be missed when traveling to Fukuoka!




- Transfer to the Dazaifu Line at Nishitetsu Futsukaichi Station and arrive at Dazaifu Station in about 30 minutes

- Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine does not require a ticket and is free to visit
