Located at the intersection of Fenghuang Avenue and Jinlong Avenue in the West Outer New District of Dazhou City, the hotel is adjacent to the Sinopec Dazhou Base. It boasts a superior geographical location, just 3 km from Dazhou Railway Station and 20 km from Dazhou Airport. Developed and constructed by Phoenix International Hotel Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dazhou Hongtong Group, it is the first urban business and conference luxury hotel in eastern Sichuan built to national five-star standards.

The hotel covers an area of 45 mu (approximately 7.4 acres), with a total construction area of 56,000 square meters. The main building stands 99 meters tall, with 25 floors above ground and a 2-level underground parking lot, along with annex buildings and an 18-mu (approximately 3 acres) European-style garden square. The hotel offers 301 guest rooms and suites, including an 800-square-meter independent presidential suite. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as comfortable beds, air conditioning, TVs, refrigerators, electric kettles, showers, complimentary toiletries, and desks. In addition, the hotel provides various dining options, a lobby bar, a fitness center, a chess and card room, a tea room, and other facilities to meet the diverse needs of guests.

Phoenix International Hotel was completed and opened in 2012. After renovations, the hotel's hardware facilities have been significantly upgraded, with many modern equipment and service items added.
