Driving 1 hour from Hangzhou to stay in a fairytale wooden cabin

Our family of three set off for a vacation in Moganshan! Just a one-hour drive, and I must say, Moganshan is truly a great place for Hangzhou locals to unwind and relax. Here, you can forget the hustle and bustle of daily life 😂. Kids can also get close to nature and enjoy its gifts.

The room hidden in the bamboo forest feels like a magical cabin straight out of a fairytale. Our daughter was thrilled to see it, and it was our first time staying in such a unique house—it felt so magical. 🚘 Transportation: 1-hour drive from Hangzhou
🧑‍💼 Services: Self-service car booking, scenic shuttle bus transfers. Free 🆓 mailing of forgotten items—our daughter’s clothes were left behind, and they were promptly couriered to our home.

🏠 Room:
We booked a king-size bed room since our daughter is still young and can’t sleep alone. Families with older kids can opt for family rooms. The standalone wooden cabins are scattered amidst the mountains and bamboo forests ⛰️, equipped with a fridge, microwave, sterilizer, and tableware—perfect for families needing to prepare baby formula. Outside the window is a bamboo forest, and you can hear the rustling of leaves when the wind blows. Waking up to the sound of birds feels like being in a fairytale forest 🌳.

🌳 Environment:
The entire hotel area is huge! With high levels of negative ions, you can enjoy hiking and get up close to nature. Every breath feels refreshing, as if you’re one with nature, leaving you completely relaxed.

🪀 Activities:
▪️ There’s a play area, water park, deep and shallow pools, and a sandy area—all of which kids love. Our little one especially adored the sandy play area and didn’t want to leave.
▪️ There’s also an equestrian center with professional equipment and a spacious venue. The petting zoo has many animals that kids can feed.

🥗 Dining:
We ordered Western cuisine—authentic European-style thin-crust pizza paired with a vegetable salad, which was both healthy and delicious. The thick and juicy beef burger was a hit with our daughter, making mealtime stress-free.
