Who knew a budget trip could come with such a luxurious meal? On my way to Desaru, I stopped at this beautiful Nyonya steamboat buffet restaurant that looked straight out of a boutique hotel.

The presentation was stunning, with colorful plates, cozy lighting, and even a dessert counter filled with cakes and pastries. I tried both spicy and herbal broths — perfect balance of flavor! It’s a relaxing and satisfying stop that feels premium but stays within budget.
