The Westin Dhaka's restaurant environment is elegant, but the price is indeed high. For example, the breakfast buffet costs BDT 4050 per person (equivalent to about NT$1,200), which is already a very luxurious consumption for most residents of Bangladesh. Most of the people who can come here to eat are foreign tourists or local upper-middle-class people, which makes this place a microcosm of the social class gap

It is already a level that ordinary families can hardly afford. No wonder there were almost no other guests in the entire restaurant when we had dinner that day

But if you are a tourist, or want to experience high-quality service and a quiet and comfortable dining space, this is indeed a highly recommended choice. Each dish is beautifully presented
