Dashaao Dongtou's most beautiful beach, also known as the "Golden Beach," is dustpan-shaped and faces northeast toward the sea. At low tide, the beach is exposed, with a gentle slope and a wide, clear sea. The sand is pure iron sand, hard and fine, leaving no visible marks after being stepped on. Rock formations half-surrounding the bathing beach include "Seal Rock," "Eagle Catching Chicks," and "Tiger Lying on Guard." A pebbled belt lines the upper portion of the bathing beach, making it an ideal swimming spot and a training base for windsurfing and kayaking. Clamming and sketching are also possible.
It's a great place for sunbathing, swimming, and surfing. Beach volleyball and cycling are also available. You can also collect shellfish and sketch. The night view of Dashaao is also particularly beautiful, and many people choose to set up tents on the beach and hold bonfire parties.
