Bangladesh | Dhaka at 9 PM craving good tea?

After dinner in Dhaka, the evening temperature finally became more comfortable. We started looking for a place to relax and enjoy a cup of local tea. That’s when we discovered Jatra Biroti, a tea house that truly caught my attention.

The interior is spacious, offering various seating areas, from cozy sofas to a small outdoor balcony. The atmosphere is warm with a touch of artsy vibes, making it perfect for chatting with friends or enjoying some quiet time alone.

The highlight was their Bangladeshi milk tea—rich in tea aroma, with a hint of spices that linger pleasantly. After the first sip, I couldn’t resist asking if I could buy some tea leaves to take home. The place wasn’t crowded, the lighting was cozy, and we ended up staying for over an hour, not wanting to leave.
