Most Memorable Holiday at Hideaway

This was hands down the best holiday ever. Hideaway surpassed our expectations in making it unforgettable. Upon arriving at the resort, Butler Zareer, Mahesh, and the front office team greeted us warmly. After enjoying a delightful welcome drink, we completed the check-in process swiftly and were guided to our villa, number 304, by our Butler Zareer. A big thanks to Zareer for helping us plan our stay. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet at Matheefaru restaurant has improved compared to our previous visit—more choices and excellent service from Ali, Mujey, and Safar. Kudos to the Matheefaru team. Lunch: For lunch, Meeru Bar and Sunset Pool Cafe are top picks. Meeru Bar is perfect for snorkeling and a beach day, while Sunset Pool Cafe is ideal for pool lounging and sunset views. Special thanks to Firu at Sunset Pool Cafe. Dinner: Our favorite dining spot was Samsara. Appreciation goes to Maail, Ibrahim, and Chef Shriyal. Housekeeping: Supervisor Ali deserves credit for arranging a special bed decoration and offering superb service from the housekeeping crew. Spa: Grateful to the spa team for the soothing foot and back massages, along with pedicures and manicures for the kids—they loved it. Thanks to Yumi, Mei, and the spa team. Water Sports: The water sports team was exceptional. Thanks to Jada and the team for a memorable experience, and a special shoutout to Raabe for advising on the best tide times to swim safely with kids near the north beach. Kids Club: A favorite for the kids, who enjoyed painting, paper origami, and chess. It's one of their reasons for wanting to return. Activities: We enjoyed the sports complex, gym, badminton, pickleball, paddle tennis, and golf. Every day, snorkeling in the house reef was a must—it remains the finest house reef of any resort in Maldives.
